These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Planara application and related services ("Service"). By using Planara, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. License

Planara grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer the software
  • Attempt to access restricted systems
  • Copy, modify, or distribute the software without permission

2. User Accounts

To use Planara you must create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity under your account
  • Ensuring information you provide is accurate

3. Free and Paid Features

Free Features

Free users can:

  • Track and view financial accounts
  • Enter income, bills, and balances
  • Share financial information within a household

Paid Features

Paid subscribers gain access to:

  • Financial planning tools
  • Payday allocation and scheduling
  • Debt payoff optimization
  • Financial projections

All other functionality remains available to free users.

4. Subscriptions

Paid features may require an active subscription.

Subscriptions may:

  • Renew automatically
  • Be billed through a third-party provider such as Apple App Store
  • Be canceled at any time

Access continues until the end of the billing period after cancellation.

Refund policies are determined by the platform used for purchase.

5. Financial Disclaimer

Planara provides financial organization and planning tools for informational purposes only.

Planara does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

You remain solely responsible for financial decisions you make.

6. Availability of Service

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Planara may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Attempt to misuse the platform
  • Interfere with system security or integrity

You may delete your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planara shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses
  • Data loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Decisions made using information provided by the app

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
