These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Planara application and related services ("Service"). By using Planara, you agree to these Terms.

Planara grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial use.

To use Planara you must create an account.
You are responsible for:

3. Free and Paid Features
Free Features
Free users can:
- Track and view financial accounts
- Enter income, bills, and balances
- Share financial information within a household
Paid Features
Paid subscribers gain access to:
- Financial planning tools
- Payday allocation and scheduling
- Debt payoff optimization
- Financial projections
All other functionality remains available to free users.
4. Subscriptions
Paid features may require an active subscription.
Subscriptions may:
- Renew automatically
- Be billed through a third-party provider such as Apple App Store
- Be canceled at any time
Access continues until the end of the billing period after cancellation.
Refund policies are determined by the platform used for purchase.

Planara provides budgeting and planning tools for informational purposes only.
Planara is not a financial advisor and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing displayed in the app or on this website should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or use any financial product or service.
Projections, health scores, payday allocations, and other suggestions are estimates based on the information you enter. Outcomes are not guaranteed, and actual results may differ materially from any figures the app displays.
Any automated or algorithmic output, including AI-generated insights, is provided on the same informational basis and may be incomplete or incorrect. Using Planara does not create any fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship between you and Planara.
You remain solely responsible for the financial decisions you make. Consider consulting a qualified professional before acting on any information surfaced by Planara.
6. Availability of Service
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Planara may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Attempt to misuse the platform
- Interfere with system security or integrity
You may delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planara shall not be liable for:

- Indirect or consequential damages
- Decisions made using information provided by the app
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
